The Morning Miracle by Hal Elrod is sure to shake up anyone’s morning routine, even if you aren’t a morning person. Elrod lays the foundation for a morning routine, that will help your days be more productive and positive than before. The six steps to having a miracle morning include: meditation, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, and journaling. He says to do each of these for a few minutes each, really just depending on your schedule, and your day will dramatically improve.
I did all of these things and implemented them into my life for about a month. I can definitely say it helped me deal with stress and to look past minor annoyances. I was happier and more patient in everything I did. I wasn’t able to keep up with it long term, but I definitely suggest it, as it is proven to work.
Overall, this book is amazing if you are looking to revamp your day. It is a short read, it could honestly be read in one day, Elrod has a way with words that keeps you interested. Plus what he adds about his personal life is absolutely phenomenal (I won’t ruin it for you!). Everyone should definitely give this a read.
