All support plans include 1 hour of technical support directed and executed by us and 2 hours of support time at your direction.

Content & Contact Form Checks
Up to 2 hours of Remote Content Updates – Ask questions, add things to your site, switch out items and photos, restructure sections, and add blog posts and podcasts to name a few. (These hours don’t roll over, but you get them every single month!)
Access to our Exclusive Client Support Portal - You will be able to submit a ticket for each question or comment you may have. We try to save you valuable time and money by responding to requests as soon as possible!
